Playboy Radio launches in the next few weeks on Sirius Satellite Radio - channel 198. Launching in phases and with a 24/7 station that has a very robust and ambitious line up of shows. Lets break it down the info by categories.

1. Even though now a 24/7 station with a much bigger line-up, and no longer a "premium" station. You won't have to pay a penny over the basic monthly cost. That's good news. But you WILL have to opt in. A very simple process. If you're already a subscriber just call SIRIUS or get on their website and let them know. (will be on sirius.com soon)

2. Signing Up. - If you're already a SIRIUS sub, just call them to opt in for Playboy.

3. Content - There will be a lot of content you recognize on the new Playboy Radio. Night Calls will be there. Tiffany Granath of course is coming with us. Christy Canyon? As well as Ginger Lynn, Kylie Ireland, Alana Evans. The plan is to have them all be regular parts of the new station. If you're a Playboy TV fan you might also recognize Private Calls TV's Ann Marie and perhaps Lex In The City's Vanessa Blue. Sexy Stories returns for a new season as well.

4. At XM a Playmate only once in a blue moon. Now there's a daily PLAYMATE HOUR hosted by Pilar Lastra (March 04) and Jillian Grace (March 05). The girls will be interviewing Playmates, giving out Playmate news, and contacting Playmate Moms to get the inside scoop on this 60 minute afternoon slumber party.

5. As everyone knows, the Playboy Empire got started with the magazine. So Playboy Radio's new Morning Show will be based on the lifestyle and the aesthetic that made Playboy Magazine the iconic standard for forward thinking guys. The hosts is Cort McCown who you might know from his appearances on Nightcalls Radio and his Playboy Hollywood Comedy Tour. Cort is a Oklahoma native who's living the Playboy lifestyle including hobnobbing with A list celebs including Hef!! And Cort's partner is a young hotshot named Kevin Klein who comes to us from Howard Stern's old station in NY (K-Rock) and VH1 Radio and TV. This show is going to have regular contributions from Mr. Hefner and many of Playboy Magazine's editorial staff.

I hope this is right! I had XM and was on of the few who had Playboy radio, it was not bad at all. But it sounds like it will be a lot better now on SIRIUS.
